WHO WE ARE

 

NSquared Properties LLC is a local real estate company in Chicago established in 2013. The company is owned by Nick and Niko, both born and raised in the Rogers Park neighborhood of Chicago.

With over 20 years of experience, Nick and Niko began their journey in real estate as leasing agents, renting vacant apartments on the South and West sides of Chicago for over 50 different investors. For years, they continued learning the residential real estate business from the inside out. Watching and listening carefully to what residents wanted in a home, what residents liked and disliked, Nick and Niko also witnessed firsthand what investors did right and more importantly, what investors did wrong.

After saving up enough money and gaining enough knowledge, the two partners decided to purchase their first single-family home in the South Shore neighborhood of Chicago. With a straightforward vision of providing a new, affordable, safe and healthy living experience for their residents, Nick and Niko never looked back.

Today, NSquared Properties currently owns and manages a portfolio of 200+ apartments and single-family homes throughout the south side of Chicago.

NSquared Properties is actively acquiring both turn key and distressed properties on a monthly basis with a goal and vision of growing their portfolio to 1000 units. We are excited for our future, our residents and for our City of Chicago.
